brainstorm

I've been brainstorming lately. One day a week I am "officemom" and I catch up on the business' finances/admin. Now, a portion of that day is devoted to "Christy's business". It's nameless. I don't know what it will be. This is my second office day with time to brainstorm.

I would like to get a kid's story published.
I would like to start a homeschool-ish blog.
I would like to edit or proofread.
I would like to sell knits/crochets/embroidery on Etsy or something (that would perhaps require more time than I have).

What would you do if you had a business? Or do you already have a business?

Hmmm....lots of things sound fun, but I don't think I would have the talent, let alone the time for them. But, "if" I could, I would love to etiher make cute old fashioned looking baby items or sell baked goods. For now, I would settle on having a more organized home (which must be the first step in being able to have a business, right?)

i don't know ... good question. There are so many things I want to do ... I'd love to write articles for Christian magazines or websites. I would love to travel to so many places and see what God is doing. I wouldn't mind being a back up singer for Hillsong United either. LOL! :)

Such a good question, it's fun to dream about the possibilities. I would love to have a lactation consultant business... would have to be an LC first though, but I'm not too far off. Or I would like to make clothes that fit cloth diapered bottoms. I guess on a larger scale, Paul and I would both like to open a brew pub someday that serves our own beer. We are working on our brewing skills right now! ;)

I want to write someday. Articles, a book, something! I am also beginning to think I could have a clothing designer in me somewhere--either designs or patterns. Dave and I also want to have our own business when he retires from the military. We've talked about a B&B :)
