Birthday Week Continues...

The day after Thomas' birthday our friends took me and the big boys to Marine World (now known as Discovery Kingdom). The boys have never been to an amusement park and it was fun to see their reactions to everything. We all had a blast.
Of course, after all the anticipation and the examinations of the website and the planning of what rides to go on...Thomas didn't want to ride ANYTHING. And they were all kiddie rides. Nothing threatening or in the least bit fast. About halfway through the day he decided he would brave a ride or two, and one of the first ones was the swings. They didn't go as fast as their county fair counterparts, but still an interesting choice for a ride rookie.
